Welcome to VLXE
VLXE offers a unique solution to advanced PVT. It has been marked leading for 10 years, characterized by producing a roubust product that allow the user to perform advanced PVT calculations within Excel using just a few mouse clicks.
Our focus area is polymer systems but the same technology can be applied to heavy oils.
We also include models for associating and polar fluids.
The model primary used is PC-SAFT but a whole range of models are included.
The software comes as a 100% integrated tool to Excel and with a SDK so it can be used in in-house software.

Key Advantage of VLXE
  • Integrates into Excel
  • User-friendly - Minimizing the learning curve
  • Handles poly-disperse polymer and copolymers
  • Handles blends and other multi-polymer systems
  • Handles VLE, LLE and VLLE for all systems
  • Full range of PVT and phase equilibrium calculations
  • No limit on molar mass
  • Complete PC-SAFT with associating and polar term included
  • SDK included
  • Comes with parameter database and integration of DIPPR
  • Provide link to DDB Polymer Database

The new C# API that comes with VLXE Blend lets user’s plugin their own equation of state (EOS) into the VLXE calculation engine. All the user need to do is provide the derivatives of the Helmholtz expression and implement it by an interface provided by the VLXE Blend API.

So if you are working on a EOS and needs easy access to a very powerful PVT engine, VLXE Blend is a one stop solution.

Please contact VLXE for more information.
